How it works?
Each DOMO is a group of maximum 15 members. They meet with respect and trust.
Meetings are monthly and last up to 3 hours. Each DOMO defines its schedule.
It is the same group of people that remains time.
It is composed by people with similar path of career or seniority. They do not compete commercially directly.
A facilitator, the Shaman, leads and guides the dynamics.
Meetings are held in person if the members are in the same city.
The Plenum
Each meeting will have a different host in the plenum.
Being in the plenum means sharing with the other members of the DOMO, opening up and seeking opinions.
Positioning leaders
The members of the DOMOS have the opportunity to be speakers in online or in-person activities throughout the continent, with the double objective of positioning themselves as referents and contributing to the community.



Exclusive meetings
We have online meetings (in addition to the in-person meetings in each city with active DOMOS) where DOMO leaders discuss current topics.

Each DOMO is a group of up to 15 members that are maintained over time and meet in an atmosphere of confidence.
The meetings are face-to-face, monthly, for a maximum of three hours, in the schedule and location to be defined by each DOMO.
